- inpatient psychiatry events (restraint use, 1:1 observation, suicide attempt, AWOL, etc.)
Includes:

- Standard of Care analysis

Tier 3 — Case Chronology & Analysis
Flat Rate: $95/hour
Structured, chronology for multi-day or multi-event cases.
Includes:
- full chronology
- nursing + provider + therapy + psych review
- policy/regulatory mapping (LTC, psych, acute care)
- causation/damages analysis
- discovery recommendations
